Settle in for a trip down memory lane following the journey of chef Pratt’s most memorable dishes, each representing a milestone in his career from his formative years at The Fat Duck and The Ledbury to his celebrated tenure at Vasse Felix. As we come together to raise a glass to twenty years on the pans, each of the five courses will be thoughtfully paired with wine, including an option for a premium wine pairing curated by Parker Group Head of Wine Cyndal Petty, enhancing the evening with exquisite selections to complement Pratt’s journey.
