Join Lot Twenty for a tasty warming Mulled Wine Masterclass and Dinner, led by Gary Beadle who has been bartending for forty years and making Mulled Wine even longer, as a child with his German Grandmother. It’s a fun filled evening full of anecdotes and tips on how to make your best version of Mulled Wine.
The Mulled Wine Workshop includes a steak and stout pie with mash and seasonal veg (Vegetarian option available upon request) and a 700ml bottle of Mulled Wine to take home -if you don’t drink it all first!
1890s the tradition of mulled wine during the Christmas period intensified, particularly in the traditional Christmas markets in Germany, where each merchant offered mulled wine of his own making, with a label design specific to each.
This healthy competition between merchants created folklore within these markets and for the end of the year festivities, which only intensified the desire of the consumers and their coming to these markets.
In this masterclass participants will be set up into groups to compete in a healthy Mulled Wine making competition!
